Brooks Street completed the design and entitlements for this unique 14-acre creative office campus featuring three separate work buildings totaling over 305,000 sq. ft., a 120-room Marriott TownePlace hotel and a 15,000 sq. ft. food barn.

As the first new, ground-up office development in Sacramento in over a decade, the Innovate Center includes a 120-room business hotel, a “food barn” that hosts local farm-to-fork dining, and a bar with evening and weekend entertainment.
A showcase for Innovation
Innovate will showcase the creative office/lifestyle adjacent to the new Centene western corporate headquarters and the newly repurposed Sleep Train Arena property being developed by the owners of the Sacramento Kings.
