Located at the intersection of the I-60 and I-10 Freeways and near local rail service, this largest and most efficient distribution center in the State is entitled for two buildings totaling more than 2.9 million sq. ft. of warehouse/distribution space (30 acres under each roof). Bringing needed jobs to the City of Beaumont and surrounding areas, the property has now been graded and construction is underway.
