Our scope for this 1.6-acre apartment and retail project included entitlements, planning, design, production specifications, marketing, construction, and an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the City of Oceanside. Brooks Street is building a parking structure that will serve not only the project but also the City as part of this agreement.
