We serve as the development partner on the 1,572-acre Wilder master-planned community situated in Orinda, California, one of the Bay Area’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

After completing the complicated entitlements with the City, our land development efforts included eight million cubic yards of grading, infrastructure, ball fields, community buildings, landscaping and amenities. In addition, we built model, spec and luxurious custom residences throughout the development.

Upon the natural lay of the land.

Careful grading and site planning were required to maximize views, mimic the natural topography, and to preserve a number of sensitive habitat areas.
