In 2015, along with Noble House Hotels & Resorts, we purchased the iconic Napa Valley Wine Train. We saw significant cash flow upsides in train operations and opportunity in the real estate holdings that had been under-appreciated for future development value.

What’s it take to refresh the Wine Train? Quite a bit. The project scope includes new train experiences and rolling stock improvements along 21 miles of track, future development of new stations, boutique hotels, restaurants, retail, office and apartments—even the potential introduction of commuter service for visitors and residents.
