Life in LA’s newest ethnic hub.

We assembled six parcels of land in the central Koreatown business district and obtained entitlements from the City of Los Angeles for a 166-unit, mid-rise, mixed-use apartment project on 1.4 acres. Our scope included entitlements, planning, design, product specifications, marketing and eventually construction.

Amenity-rich, iconic views.

Offering a greater array of amenities than any other Koreatown project, KTown Gateway features a rooftop party deck affording dramatic views of the famous Hollywood sign and all of Downtown Los Angeles.

Celebrating the local flavor.

A local Korean coffee shop is incorporated into the shared work loft, while a yoga room, outdoor pool, communal Korean barbecue kitchen and more offer resort-style living.
